 Here we have a 2003 compact tansu chest designed by Evert Sodergren for Sodergren Furniture. This tansu is constructed of both sapele pommele and Honduran mahogany. It features seven drawers with oil rubbed bronze pulls, leather lined drawer bottoms, a pair of sliding doors, a finished back side, and bronze einforced joinery. This cabinet features its original finish, it has been cleaned and polished. There are some shallow scratches, minor scuffs, and some areas of discoloration from years of use (see photos).
